Academic Eligibility Requirements
You are eligible for academic pricing if you are a student, teacher, administrator, or faculty member. You are also eligible if you are purchasing for an accredited school, college or a hospital that is directly affiliated with an educational institution.
Document Requirements
K-12 & Home-schooled Students - Validated student ID card, class schedule or letter on school letterhead
Higher Education (College) - Validated student ID, registration receipt, class schedule or letter on school letterhead
Teachers and Faculty - Validated faculty ID card, letter from school on school letterhead or copy of pay-stub (ink out pay amount)
Schools - must be accredited and degree-granting. A purchase order or copy of school purchasing credit card (Ink out all numbers except the last 4 digits)
Special Restrictions
Not all manufacturers offer discounts to K-12 students or home-schooled students
Some require full-time enrollment
Class schedule must show current enrollment status
Verification letter must be signed by a school official or faculty member
ID cards must be validated for current semester or submitted with a class schedule
